We specialize in high-quality, ethically crafted abayas, gowns, and modest wear inspired by the textile heritage of South Asia and the Middle East. Every piece is thoughtfully designed, sustainably produced, and made with premium materials and meticulous craftsmanship.

Q: Are your products handmade or machine-made?

Many of our embroidered abayas and detailed gowns include hand-finished elements, especially in the embellishment and appliqué work. Other items—such as satin gowns and minimalist dresses—are produced with precision tailoring using high-quality machines.

Q: Do the colours look the same in real life as they do online?

We do our best to display accurate colours, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Satin, velvet, and lace fabrics may reflect light differently in person.

2. SIZING & FIT

Q: How do I know which size to choose?

Please refer to our Size Guide Chart included on every product page. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, hips, and length from shoulder to floor for the best fit.

Q: Do your gowns run true to size?

Yes—our gowns follow standard international sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for comfort, especially for fitted designs.

Q: Can you customize the length of a dress or abaya?

Yes! Bulk items can be hemmed or lengthened upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION

Q: Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. We can produce customized gowns, abayas, or colour variations depending on order size and fabric availability. Custom embroidery or sizing adjustments can also be arranged.

Q: How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders generally take 2–6 weeks, depending on design complexity.

Q: Is there an extra cost for customization?

Small adjustments (like minor length changes) may be free or low cost. Fully custom designs, custom colours, or new embroidery patterns will incur additional charges.

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. Additional regional payment options may be available depending on your location.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes—orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Q: How will I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 7–14 business days

  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags still attached.

Q: Can I return a custom-made item?

Custom orders, personalized sizing, and modified designs cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer size or color exchanges when stock is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. PRODUCT CARE

Q: How should I care for velvet, satin, or lace gowns?

  • Velvet: Dry clean only

  • Satin: Dry clean or gentle steam; avoid machine washing

  • Lace/Embellished items: Dry clean only, handle with care

Q: Can I iron my dress?

Avoid ironing velvet or embellished items. Satin and crepe gowns can be steamed on low heat.
